Tom Waterhouse

Tom Waterhouse is an Associate Director at Public First and one of the best respected grassroots campaigners in the UK, having played a decisive role on the ground campaign for Vote Leave. He joined from The Crown Estate where he led stakeholder engagement across their £9 billion Central London property portfolio. Prior to this his background has been in running successful campaigns for the Conservative Party, including winning the marginal seat of Enfield North in 2010, working on both of Boris Johnson's London Mayoral campaigns and undertaking a number of roles on the last four general election campaigns. Tom spent three years in the House of Commons as a Senior Parliamentary Assistant, organising local and national-level campaigns across a range of policy areas. He served as a Councillor and Group Whip on the London Borough of Enfield Council for four years, gaining insight into the workings of local authorities and running street-level campaigns on community issues.
