Public First launches Human Capital practice

Public First announces the launch of a new practice dedicated to helping employers get the best out of people. The Human Capital team will provide research, strategy and communications support around the big issues facing employers today.

The launch coincides with the publication of a Public First report commissioned by the Association of British Insurers to investigate the reasons behind the gender gap in senior positions and recommend solutions. The report was launched on 21 September 2018 by Amanda Blanc, the incoming CEO of ZURICH, Europe, Middle East & Africa, and the new Chair of the ABI. Founding Partner and co-author of the report, Rachel Wolf, presented an overview of the reports’ findings at the launch.

The practice will be led by Rachel Wolf, Elena Narozanski, Eleanor Shawcross OBE and Jennifer Powers, support from Jonathan Dupont and Seb Wride.
