ABF Primark Report

ABF, the owner of Primark, asked Public First to create a report on the high street in the lead up to the 2021 budget. Public First conducted polling and focus groups and created a report with detailed policy recommendations for government. We uncovered new data on the importance and centrality of the high street to people's lives, and how much shops matter to its survival. The report was covered in The Times and one of its core recommendations on Business Rates was announced at the budget.
