New Polling for Education Support

Following a six-month inquiry into the drivers and levers of the teacher retention crisis in secondary schools in England, Education Support’s Commission on Teacher Retention, supported by Public First, has published its final report: “1970s Working Conditions in the 2020s: Modernising the professional lives of teachers for the 21st century”.

Public First conducted a nationally representative poll of 1,004 secondary school teachers across England, in field between 18-28th October 2022.
