Ahead of their 2026 conference, TechUK and Public First have conducted research with over 500 business decision makers. Split between 275 tech and 256 non-tech business decision makers, the poll looks at how businesses view the business operating environment in the UK, their experiences and their customers’ experiences of adopting technology and AI tools, as well as how they view the impact of changes to the current operating environment. 

Methodology:

Public First conducted an anonymous, online survey of 531 business decision makers in the UK between the 24th February and the 8th March. Non-tech results are weighted using interactive proportion fitting, or ‘raking’ to national representative proportions, while tech businesses are weighted to reflect sampling proportions of previous TechUK/Public First polling.
