New Polling for the Institute For Public Policy Research

Public First carried out a large-scale, nationally representative poll for IPPR to explore public attitudes towards health as a political issue, examining how people understand the drivers of good health and where they believe responsibility lies. It aimed to assess support for government action on the wider social and economic factors that shape health outcomes across the UK.

Polling Tables

Public First conducted an anonymous, online survey of 2,010 adults across the UK from 23rd January – 28th January 2025.

All results are weighted using iterative proportional fitting, or ‘raking’. Results are weighted by interlocking age and gender, region, and social grade to nationally representative proportions. Public First is a member of the British Polling Council (BPC) and abides by its rules. For more information, please contact the Public First Polling Team: polling@publicfirst.co.uk
