Holly Papworth

Holly Papworth is a Senior Policy Manager in the education policy practice. She joined Public First from The Times, where she worked under Rachel Sylvester as a policy advisor for The Times Education Commission, undertaking a year-long review of the education and assessment systems in the UK, spanning early years through to lifelong learning. Previously, Holly was Chief of Staff to the Rt. Hon. Robert Halfon MP, Chair of the House of Commons Education Select Committee, and advised on the scrutiny of Department for Education policy decisions for ongoing Committee inquiries, headed up cross-party campaigns in Parliament covering a number of public policy and funding issues, and supported the MP with national media inquiries.
