Who is collecting my data?

Public First is the “Data Processor” for this research. Public First is a third-party research organisation, and regularly conducts market research on behalf of its clients.

Why is this research being conducted?

Public First conducts research on a wide range of topics in order to understand public attitudes, and to provide clients with an understanding of public attitudes.

Will any personally identifiable information be collected?

For this research, there is no personally identifiable information (PII) being collected. All data is non-identifiable, and cannot be linked back to who you are.

What will happen to the information I provide?

Data will be anonymised for any reporting of results. Information will only be reported in an anonymous way, or aggregated (e.g. 10% of respondents said…). Any fully anonymised data will be kept indefinitely, as it may continue to be useful to researchers in the future.

How will my data be kept safe?

All data collected through this research is held in accordance with GDPR legislation. Public First stores data securely in cloud servers, and it is only accessible to the research team.

Do I have to take part?

No, you are under no obligation to take part in this research. You may withdraw at any point by closing the survey window, or ignoring our communication.
