The Public First Data Blog
Jonathan Dupont
Did anyone actually expect a flying car to appear in their life time? Should renters have to lose out when mortgage costs increase? And what is the biggest barrier to healthy eating and lifestyles: knowledge, cost, shortage of time or just not liking the time?
Today, we're launching a new sub blog to focus in on some of the research done by our Data & Polling team that doesn't fit into our normal projects. (If anyone has a better title than PF Data Blog, do let us know...) To kick off, we have three posts:
- I take at how our expectations of technological progress have changed over our lifetimes, and how positive the the public are about future technology
- Seb Wride looks at who the public thinks should pay for increased housing costs: renters or landlords
- Ines Wittke looks at what the public say is standing in the way of their eating healthier and exercising more
Over the next few weeks, we will looking at a range of other subjects, from the case for the four day work week to who should be in charge of levelling up. If you're interested in taking a look, visit here.
