A new report by Public First, commissioned by Workday, examines how Britain’s leading businesses maximise workforce productivity through innovative HR practices. Through a combination of expert interviews and survey data the report demonstrates how strategic workforce management, digital tools, and skills development drive organisational success.

For this project Public First conducted an anonymous, online survey of 510 business leaders in the UK from 21st June – 25th June 2024.
