Jonathan Simons

Jonathan Simons is a Partner at Public First and Head of the Education Practice. Jonathan has spent the last fifteen years advising government and external organisations on strategy, communications and public policy. He joined Public First from the global education foundation the Varkey Foundation, where he was Director of Policy & Research. Jonathan has also worked as Director of Strategy and Market Development at Serco, Head of Education in the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit, when Gordon Brown was Prime Minister, and also Head of Education at the Policy Exchange think tank.
